By the rules, Aidan did not announce his vacation here. 

So, that's his fault he had so many games going on.

lol ry is doing my fighting for me but I completely agree that I shouldn't have to tell every single opponent!

From a few PMs I learned that the "Bulldog chess federation" (whoever that may be) is considering that aidanB1 is allowed to go on playing this game, but getting a warning that next time he really should announce his vacation to each opponent.

I am waiting for their final decision. This game isn't over yet.

In daily chess you don't have to put each game on vacation. You can put them all on vacation at once by simply 'saying' that you are going on vacation.

And now four days have passed, thus taking up his vacation. Now, I claim a time forfeit, regardless of vacation, and that's that.

To put six games on vacation requires three minutes!

Please don't deviate from the actual rules due to just sympathy!!! I can prepare a defense or whatever right now.

And rychessmaster1 just hates me right now. If you want a rule change, that will be in effect from now on, too late to change the result of this game.

I also have six games going on, and soon to be seven, due to the new dog tournament

This was received three days after the same was over. Too late. The official rules claim that I win.

As moderator I will follow whatever decision this federation takes. I hope it won't take long. I just want to know if this game remains on my list of games where I am the mod.
