I think Evert823 is just making a comment that since a witch makes adjacent pieces transparent, Black's bishop can capture White's bishop on h5.
Normally people should not leave comments on a game that is in progress (to avoid helping either side), but he is just pointing out one of the basic rules, so no problem with it. The witch is what makes this game unique!!

Black's bishop could not have captured c2. The witch makes adjacent pieces transparent for all friendly pieces. But pieces next to the witch can't move across other distant pieces as if they were transparent.
