You were already in check since #21. My f-pawn became transparent for my Cannon which means that your f-pawn is the one real piece between my Cannon and your King.

I actually propose, for purity of the game, to revert to #21 and ask you to get out of check from there.

Cxe7 is a perfectly legal move. The Cannon must jump one piece - not transparent for himself - in order to capture. So it jumps over the e5 pawn capturing the e7 Bishop.

(For your information: in Xiangqi the cannon is evaluated half of a Rook.)
