Non-Standard Chess Boards

I've made some 9 X 9 (81 squares) boards and to make a nice one, it ends up costing a bit.  I wish someone made non-standard screen-printed boards on vinyl, like the common 8 X 8 boards.  Right now, I am trying to find a 10 X 9 board.   I am aware that there are some 10 X 10 boards on the market but the shipping costs for these heavy boards is horrible.  Where can we purchase 10 X 9 or 10 X 10 vinyl boards ?

Cheap wooden 10x10 boards are typically not very heavy (printed on thin plywood, with a wooden frame). I don't know what your budget is, but I would be surprised if you had to spend more than $25 including shipping:

A bit of googling didn't find anything.  I was a bit surprised, but not horribly so.

I've had good luck with laminated paper.  Nowhere near as good as vinyl, but you can print it out on your home PC, take it to Office Depot, have them enlarge it and laminate it, and 10 minutes and 4 dollars later you have a board that will tolerate a little bit of moisture and a won't tear without at least a little bit of effort.
