So like pieces can teleport from the sides and bottom and top?
If it was top and bottom, the bishop could take the queen in the starting position!!
Or the queen could take the other queen and no castling!!
To me that seems like White starts like +5.00 
. In Pac Man chess, the first move advantage is a lot!
You know, actually, it is like +M1(Mate in 1) because the queen can take the queen and from the top the bishop defends the queen and that is Mate in 1!!
You can only teleport on the side and if you could Teleport on the bottom the pos would be illegal
but one team is pac mans and one team is ghosts ghosts capture pac mans next to them. Unless a pacman just ate a power pellet which lasts for 2 pacman turns
in which case the pac mans capture ghosts next to them whilst it is going on
WHICH MEANS: PAC-MAN BISHOP, GHOST ROOK, PAC-MAN KING, GHOST KING, ETC.

Reminds me of chess but Mercator protection. Pieces can go from one side to the other, So these pairs are adjacent:
a1-h1,
a2-h2,
a3-h3,
etc
But also pieces can go off the top and bottom to go to the opposite longitude/rank. So, these pairs are adjacent:
a1-e1
b1-f1
c1-g1
d1-h1
and the same with 8 instead of 1.
