Chess 67 is a variant of chess relevant to the starting position of the pieces on a standard chessboard (8x8). There are four basic rules that formed the 67 starting positions of the pieces.
Two of them are requirements of Chess 960 (Fischer's Random Chess):
i) The bishops must be placed on opposite-color squares.
ii) The king must be placed on a square between the rooks.
The other two important requirements that keep the game in balance are:
iii) The castling move, must be the same as in clasical chess which means that the positions of the King's are their regular square's e1 and e8.
iv) All pawns must be supported by the pieces in their starting position.
All the other rules are the same as in standard chess.
