How to get the watching chess TV award?

I've watched a bit of chess TV in the app and it doesn't seem to give the award

There are 3 chess tv badges: Tv Guide, Couch Potato, and Tv Junkie. To get the first one, you have to watch a chess TV show, to get the second one you have to watch it for 8hrs and to get the final one you have to do it for 24hrs.
I had to watch using the website.

And how do I know how much time I've spent on chesstv so I can report if it didn't work and how do I find a show because I've been trying to find one but I can't
I think it doesn`t work on mobile, but I`m not sure.

if u watched chess tv and still have not gotten the first achievement (tv guide) then u can contact support through email to get them to help u unlock it. it worked for me 😜
Yeah that is quite a bit of watching

Me too! I already watch TV show in chessTV about 3hour, but no TV guide award.
