which of the youtube chess channels do you like the most?

Daniel Naroditsky hands down. Outstanding instruction. Other channels such as Levy and GingerGM can sometimes be very entertaining though for lighter content.

What I find very interesting to watch are the banter blitz where the GMs play against many levels while commenting.
The disadvantage would be that it plays [not always] "openings for gosu" but the advantage is that it gives us tricks, strategic ideas makes us understand things related to chess.

So I am new to chess and am watching a lot of chess on YouTube. Curious which you think is the most reputable or best for learning? I started off with Gothamchess but recently found Eric Rosen’s channel a bit more useful.
Gotham chess, Eric rosen, Danya, Hikaru, Nemsko, STL chess club, agadmator, Anna Rudolf, the botez sisters and there might be a few more but those are my favourites

OMG I do not know half of these and the other half I heard but never watch their stream. Will add them to my list

Kevin from the Chesswebsite.com it's on youtube, hands down the best I think. Gotham is way too dramatic I think but if you like him then go for it.

I used to watch GothamChess, but I stopped watching after he started having conversations with his dog during his videos.

So unprofessional, am I right?!
Gotham Chess is very entertaining, and he has some intersting opening ideas that are worth investigating and preparing thoroughly, but if you seriously want to improve I think it is fundamentally wrong to watch low quality speed games between weak players (as in his guess the Elo). With the strongest will in the world you will nevertheless be influenced by the poor quality chess that you see and it will make you weaker.
Agadmator presents very fine games, and obviously loves chess, but although he is stronger than the great majority of chess players he is still not strong enough to fully understand and explain some of the positions that occur.
If you want want to experience high quality instruction and examples with clear explanation, no nonsense and no over-simpliifcation - yet that is still entertaining - then I recommend Naroditsky's channel.
