LOOKING FOR MEMBERS ~ Learning Chess Club

Hi my name is Joel, I run a small club here on Chess.com called Learning Chess Club and we are looking for new beginner to intermediate players. We want to include as many people as possible! We recently have started trying to do blitz days, two days out of the week where our members can casually play blitz games to enhance their skills and practice their games. It is difficult to organize and do this when you don't have many members however, and if you join could help us but also help yourself by exposing yourself to wide range of skilled players and different play styles. 

Aside from blitz days we all play rated and unrated daily chess, the club comprises of members from a variety of nations, making daily chess our ideal way to play. Aside from that we would like to start doing game analysis among ourselves, to look at games where we have played each other or others to get opinions and ideas about them. 

If this sounds like the type of club you want to join, and you come from a place where joining a club may be problematic due to time zones or other obstacles international coordination may present, this may be the club for you! We are very young and still growing, so new people and fresh ideas can only help us all become better chess players and the club become a better place for its members!

Also note that if you are already in another club, because of our age and activity level, this could be a good second club for you to join. I have no problem with my members or future members being in as many clubs as they please!

No, any Chess.com user can join a club, but you have to be a paying member to start a club. Currently, including myself, we are at 13 members! So yeah you can join its absolutely free to do so and you can be in as many clubs as you can handle. Thanks for the good questions!
