Why don' you undesrtand this fact that arguably (most) active chat room (debate) has members more than 3400, still you won't be or rarely able to see around 20 people online there. On other hand, India-11 is new with only 500 members but still you can see 8 to 10 members online in its chat room. There are other groups as well, like 'chess.com university', 'chat global', 'aw-rats' & dead group team India with more than 7000 to 12000 members but no one chats in their rooms.
This proves that India-11 is the second most active chat-room at chess.com.

team not team INDIA-11 AND Team India is the biggest of the Indian lot,
although chessschool is also controlled by Indians not an officially Indian team.
