One World League runs a bunch of leagues, including vote chess leagues. I don't know when their next one will start, though. You might have to wait a while, but the leagues are well run and worth the wait.
Their 2021-2022 vote chess leagues had 63 teams, divided into 8 leagues of 7-8 teams each. Check the results page here.
