There is no good way to see that. On the front page you can see how many are on right now; I haven't seen it below 60,000 for a while, though I don't check often. Right now it is almost 85,000.

Is there some place to see a active playerbase chess.com has on a daily basis or weekly basis? Also just to introduce myself I played on chess.com on and off for 4 years now
