Admin priveleges

If I am a super admin on a group, is there any way that I can appoint admins without allowing them to ban members? like, disabling banning for them? 

admins are supposed to have powers if you dont want this keep them as a member

so there is no way to do that? 

I don't mind with any of the other powers I just don't want the banning ablility

and I cant keep them as members because I need people to do the invites. I can only do 30 a day even with diamond membership.

Extra admins just for invites wont work, it's 30 invites per group, not per admin

Oh. But I did 30 invites on one group, and went to another and it said I had used all my invites. 

And in that case I might just have one or two admins, since I could do all the invites myself
