App problem- policy

I'm experimenting an issue with the app... every time that I finish a game I use the arrow back of the phone to go back to the main menu... but instead of it the app organize a new match and I often have to quit the game before the first move... obviously after a few times appears the warning about game policy (not to quit too often). I agree with that but I'm not willing to play another game... Just to go back to the menu. Anyone else with the same issue?
