Yes, I consider myself good at chess...but "good" is relative to who you are comparing yourself to. I've played chess for several years, so compared to the "average player" then yes I'm good at chess.
More important than being "good" is having fun and ideally having a desire to learn and improve though 
I would consider myself as a person who WAS...decent over the board player at classical play my last over the board rating was (ECF 148) Elo= 1784 I stopped playing over the board when covid hit and mainly play british team games on ICCF and friendly games on chess.com
