Write /ping in the live chess chat and you'll see your lag. Just found this last week, pretty interesting.

/ping Checks my lag or a user's lag. When in a game, it checks both player's lag. Example: /ping or /ping Bishop
Its horrible than before
I noticed that my connection have improved., but sometimes (1 out of 5) I still experiencing lag. I won quite number of games due to good connection as i play bullet most of the times. My rating had jumped to 1600 from 1400 (previously i was hovering between 1300 to 1400- losses due to lag I suppose )
Right now, my connection is generally 0 bars even when it is not raining.
where's Singapore?

Yesterday we made a change to internet provider we use to connect you to live chess. It is supposed to be faster and more stable. I'd love to hear from any of you if you notice anything about live chess today vs a few days ago?
