Very nice. But I don't understand why did he moved 12... Qb8 and 13... Bf8. It seems to me that his active and developed pieces became inactive again and so he lost at least 4 moves... Or has it some purpose?

I am a moderately strong player and I don't know either. Perhaps it will take a complete beginner to explain it
I think your situation is so overwhelming that even if black had played the superior 17...f5 you would have had something like this. Have not looked at all possibilities, but the tempting 18exfep seems to lead to unwanted complications.
Edit: should have mentioned in move list comments that if he plays 2...KxNf5 (my numbers, not yours) 3Qh7 prevents him from retreating and the rest is self working.

I checked out your game, you played nice. You made some strategig errors on the opening, nothing dramatic. End game gone well. I have added some comments on the game.
weird, but it's actualy as common theme... saw it in one game or two, the same checkmate different moves...

but i think he do some mistakes so that he have to loss this game, and I have to say Pax is a good player i playied with him 1 or 2 games and I really enjoyed it.

Great game...I think I did something like this before, but I think I only sacrifice a knight.
Another variation showing the sac is sound.
And yet another
14 ... Nb6 ? allows the classic bishop sacrifice which has crushed many hapless players in similar positions. Black could struggle on after either 14... h6 or 14... g6 but white is still clearly better with a space advantage, development advantage, central control and more active pieces while black has unemployed bums at a8, b8,c8 , none seem likely to find employment before their monarch falls to the coming attack. If black had left the B/e7 to cover the g5 square this sacrifice would not have been possible so his Bf8 was very questionable move.
Erm for the second one can you directly do 6. Qg6# ? Or is there any other things that don't allow that?
