According to many chess.con personnel who spoke on condition of anonymity, chess.com algorithm’s changed to lower players’ true rating by 200 to 250 points. So, you might have noticed your rating taking a big dip on the past 4 weeks and finding yourself not being able to recover back to your usual rating. Reason is unclear but stay tuned.
