Same... It can feel really frustrating to face opponents without profile pictures, because it often makes the game feel less personal and more random. Many players enjoy seeing who they’re up against, and when that’s missing, the experience can feel less engaging or even unbalanced. Taking breaks, adjusting your pairing settings if possible, or focusing on your own improvement can help you regain motivation and enjoy the game again. I hate it!

The absence of a profile picture does not make them any less anonymous than someone like me for example. Many of the users I come across are people with pfps who don't have their real identity tied to their account in any way. It's really not a big deal if someone has a picture or doesn't. Their skill is determined by their moves, not their lack of a profile picture.
If you really want to block them go ahead, but why report them?
