bot difficulty phone app vs computer

Hi, 
I'm quite new to chess and i've been practicing with bots. 
I was wondering if there's a difficulty gap between the app version and the computer version of a same bot. 
I can beat Sven on the computer but he's kicking my rear end so bad on the app. 

Just for fun, I set up a game between Sven ( phone) and Francis ( pc). Francis won in 60 something move, but Sven had the lead most of the game playing 93% accuracy. 

Is there something wrong or something i'm not getting regarding bots ?

There was a bug on the Android app and version 4.2.7 fixes it.

If you've been playing on an Android device, you should know that there were problems with the bots playing full strength, instead of "dumbed down".  I read recently that the very newest version of the app fixes this so you may want to do a delete and reinstall.
