Bullet Chess ruined

If you want to get a higher rating, don’t play bullet. Bullet teaches you to move without thinking and to play only for tricks and 1-move tactics. This would be okay if you already understand basic chess principles and have at least a 1700 skill level. However, for lower rated players, playing bullet just slows your chess development.

Getting your opponent to time out is the whole point of bullet.

If you want to improve, try 30 min games

if you don't like the type of play bullet involves, don't play it. So called swindling is part of the game, and the only way to beat it is to, if I'm honest, get better.
