I'm 15yr reasonably sharp but certainly no genious. Is they're any way to increase my IQ. I know the difference between brain power and knowledge.

...hmmm a bit suspicious!?! No one attends a top university in the U.S.! Most of us, graduated or attend a specific institute of higher learning, i.e. "I attend UCLA." (end example)
