The answer is obvious. Play slower time controls and use your time. You have a choice. Play speed chess and enjoy it but don't expect to improve. Or limit your speed chess to a few games a day. Get serious about studying and play slower time controls. Preferably Daily chess or at the bare minimum G45. I know. Not what you want to hear. But you didn't learn to read by speed reading. Chess is the same way.
