I repeatedly make my next move in Online chess and hear the move sound also, but somehow the chess.com site doesn't acknowledges it and still show the game in "My Moves" and the icon at top also shows 1 game to play. Please check: http://www.chess.com/echess/game.html?id=51718709

Go back to the game, you will see to your right the words analyze, settings and a little picture of a loud speaker. Click on the loud speaker and it will mute the sounds of your moves.....
sorry but it mutes the sounds only in the ultrasonic range, not the chess sounds... btw i got it fixed :)

I cant find the switch to flip it back to the old format. The new format is not as "smartphone" friendly as the old format.

Oh my goodness what has happened - not been on for a while as using mobile chess.com for a while - whats happened - why change ? now I have to learn a new site - ugh why can't we have a choice of going back to the classic view - we are not all teenagers wanting change all the time - a familiar website is like a warm old coat and you never want to throw out.
agreed can't move quickly between games so I am resigning all my games - not worth the hassle
I've created some simple but useful menues for all group admins. You can easily add them as favourites/bookmarks in your browser.
In Internet Explorer 9 can you even add them to the Favourite Bar. This makes the life much easier for all group admins!

They did put up the Beta site for a trial run and invited all of us to give it a try. A lot of people tried it out....

Go to forums and then forums I have posted in...that should find it
I must have been away that week then - from a statistical point of view the members trialing the beta site would be exactly the one who love new things and hence feedback would have been biased.
I am assuming the feedback was positive !! was it?
Still looking for a font that does not remind me of elementary school
