Can't I play chess alone?

I want to practice strategies but I can't find how to play alone.. only puzzles, computers and online plays. Plz help T.T

On the website you can use the Analysis Board. On the apps, the Pass and Play feature.
Thank you so much, but I'm still strugling. Only I can find on the app is play, puzzles, lessons, computer, tournaments, drills and etc. I think drills is kind of similar to analysis feature, but I can't play the whole game alone. Where is Pass and Play?
