I got an identical message a couple of months ago.
Chess.com has systems in place to detect and address cheating and they take reports from players seriously.
My account was recently closed for violating fair play rules. I was extremely shocked, because I only ever play the one opponent whom I have known for nearly fifty years – and he certainly hadn't reported me. Accordingly, I appealed against the closure, and, after investigation, Chess.Com admitted that the closure had been a mistake and awarded me a year's free Diamond membership by way of an apology. Apparently the search for unusual patterns of play is continuous across the whole membership and is driven by AI software. If you haven't cheated, then a human panel will review the case and my example proves it can be overturned.

my plan is to see other people who have also got this message today and see if have share a recent opponent
600-750's play better than 1150-1300's on here, they never blunder, that shouldn't be possible, that is my personal experience, time and time again. My only conclusion is, this place is full of fish loving low lifes.
