I don't know if this has already been suggested, but I find the lack of timestamps in the game chat sessions confusing. I'll be playing a game and look to the chat to see that somebody made a comment about a move of mine, or theirs, but I didn't see when the message initially appeared so I don't exactly know which move was referenced. I suggest that chess.com add timestamps of some sort to the chat window. There are a few possibilities that I've thought of...
1) Put system generated messages into the chat window that can be enabled at will. These message could be similar to "1 d4 @ 2010-04-01 12:00:32 UTC" or "1... Nf6 @ 2010-04-02 19:31:10 UTC". Also messages such as "Black timed out 2010-04-12 09:32:11 UTC" or "White offered draw at 2010-04-11 03:00:32 UTC" could be injected by the system.
2) Associate timestamps to every aspect of a game which can be turned on or off at will. These timestamps could possibly be put into the PGN if desired. These timestamps would show when moves, comments, draw offers, resignations, and timeouts occured.

I'm sure there are other possibilities too.
