sometimes I cant do any move, my time is running, I Dont know why, but I think, that some players use the software to Win unfair, for example players - Pavel Sargsyan or my last opponent player - hvdbos !!! Can somebody tell me the samé experience and how I can prevent them to cheat and play unfair?? thanks

I lost my last game, although I had yet 3 minutes and good position in opening and I didnt resign..
