For the second time i got my rating back up to almost 500 and its been sacked right back down. I had about 10 games that my timer ran out right before a check mate. At rating 140 i just played a 30 move game in 1 minute bullet chess... when is chess.com going to acknowledge the bots or hackers attacking players?!

If you think a specific opponent is using disallowed resources you should report them.

That said, your opponents can't impact your connection or clocks.
