chess.com bug??


Are you using the iOS app? What version?
The bug was reported and the developers uploaded a new version to Apple a couple of days ago.
Have you tried it?
I wrote to support@chess.com to find out how ios app users are supposed to report problems or bugs. The answer was to use the Contact Us link in Help (on the app).


The new app version is
3.9.15 (2)
Bug fixes and performance improvements.

I don't have an iphone but I assume the Apple store provides updated versions.
It turns out there are reports that the new version didn't fix everyting anyway and they are working on another update.

Yes. They know there is a problem. They are working on a fix.




Update does not appear in the store until going to the App itself. Then it shows an available update.
Installed the latest version. No frozen clock here.
But apparently other users are still experiencing the issue after installing the (2) update
I’m telling you...
It is not an App issue due to any bug-
but rather a Server issue due to maximum demands of peak usage.
