That definition on Brilliant is partially incorrect. It has nothing to do with surprise or engines undervaluing the move
Great moves are almost always the only line in the position that keeps the evaluation from switching.
Missed Win isn't a classification anymore. There is a Miss which is slightly different than the old Missed Win
