The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount.
If you report someone and their account isn't closed in a few days, then
- There wasn't sufficient evidence of cheating
- There was no evidence of cheating

Is it just me or is Chess.com completely dropping the ball lately on catching cheats? I've encountered so many beginner players that are playing 99%+ accuracy in 40+ move games. For players rated under 1800, this simply does not happen. multiple games in a row......even in classical games.
Now I know the inclination is to immediate think the other player is 'cheating' when another player does well. I'm aware that even poor players can sometimes have great games.......but not 18 in a row for example.
I've submitted maybe 100 cheating player requests on instances like this and chess.com so far over the last three months has done absolutely nothing. Prior to the past three months, I used to get a regular email of chess.com actually catching players and issuing refund points. Either chess.com has changed their policy or they are failing at their job in catching cheats.
Is anyone else seeing similar trends? I've literally received zero responses lately from chess.com on anything. Understaffed possibly.....maybe.
Please help with Fair Play chess.com. This is getting ridiculous.
