Chess.com needs to fix this immediately or I'm cancelling my membership

Overnight something has happened on this site that has made a huge difference.

Now on chess.com lessons, if you expand full screen to watch lessons, the mouse courser is still there, it doesn't go away like it did before, and like it's been doing on this site every day.

Now when chess.com lessons are expanded full screen, all the play features are still there, they're still showing, they don't go away, and the mouse courser is still there.

If Chess.com doesn't fix this horrible decision, I'm cancelling my diamond membership.

Hey, we've been testing out some new tech to improve user experience! We'll address this bug immediately, thank you for reporting. In the meantime, you'll get back your old experience.

I know I'm a little b*tch, but I do it 'cus I love you guys.  I wouldn't be so whiney if I didn't spend hours a day on this site.

I just wish I would get that kind of immediate response and resolution to a technical glitch.

I've been playing the 'Daily Chess' games for several years now.    And I have a few regular 'Daily Chess' game players I've been playing with for a couple of years.   Whenever a 'Daily Chess' game has ended and I send a Rematch of a new 'Daily Chess' game, our conversation from the previous 'Daily Chess' game would carry over to the new Rematch game.   That was important to me because I sometimes need to refer back to what we discussed or talked about -- regardless, it still good to be able to view our discussion.    It has been this way for all the years I've been a Chess.com member.    However, as of the latter part of last year, our conversation from our previous 'Daily Chess' game would now be completely wiped out!   BUT ONLY IF I INITIATE THE 'DAILY CHESS' REMATCH GAME ON MY COMPUTER!   IT STILL WORKS THE SAME WAY WHEN A PLAYER SENDS ME A NEW 'DAILY CHESS' REMATCH GAME FROM HIS/HER SMARTPHONE!

SO IT STILL WORKS ON A SMARTPHONE (OUR DISCUSSION FROM OUR PREVIOUS GAME WOULD CARRY OVER) BUT NOT WHEN I SEND A REMATCH GAME FROM MY COMPUTER!    NOT FAIR!!!

AND I'VE SENT CHESS.COM MESSAGES ABOUT THIS TECHNICAL GLITCH SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY WITHIN A HALF A YEAR TIMEFRAME (I JUST SENT ANOTHER ONE A FEW WEEKS AGO)!   ALL THEY KEEP SAYING IS THAT THEY'LL LOOK INTO IT!

With the technical glitch I've been experiencing for many months now -- and having brought it to their attention several different times within those months . . . 

I'm sure there are others (if they became involved in 'Daily Chess' games with friends) who would feel it important as well to be able to have their conversation carried over to their new Rematch game -- THE WAY IT USED TO BE SET UP FOR MANY YEARS!!!

THEY SHOULD NOT MAKE THIS KIND OF PRIORITIZATION OVER ANOTHER KIND OF TECHNICAL GLITCH!!!

I'm very upset!!!!!!!
