Chess.com puzzles are often wrong

For instance today's solution (June 4)requires an illegal move. This kind of stuff happens all the time but I usually don't have the nerve to speak up. But come on, every beginner know you can't castle through check. Give me a break

There is nothing illegal in today's puzzle. The castling rule you are thinking of is that the king can't castle through check. The king never castled through an attacked square.

 

The rook can pass through attacked squares; they can't be put in check.
