Chess.com Site Speed - Notice Anything?

actually, my computer is normally fast, now it's slower!(on chess.com)

for me it became slower why??

i've been having a general network slowdown... chess.com... all pages loading slower. But my download/upload speeds on Speakeasy.com are great. I don't know what's going on... I'd think I have a virus/spyware... but these other reports of slowness give me hope it's something else.

I know yesterday and for a few days the site was actually going a little bit slower, but it's definitely faster than the last few days or weeks. Now the question is faster than average??? I'm not sure, it seems like it but like you said it could be a placebo effect.

It appears a lot faster here in Australia, its great so far.

I don't know if this happens to anybody else, but sometimes, when I attempt to solve a puzzle, it does not accept the move I make though it is the solution.

A few years ago I was probably one of the first visitors to the site. I did not sign up though because I was disconnected from every other game on live chess. You all have greatly improved the site since those days and I will consider paying for membership as the site improves. Now I still have to play time with increments because even in bullet if I pick up the piece and hold over the square that I’m guessing I want to move to (before my opponent moves) I still loose every game on time.

I made my chess.com site more secure using secure login as you had recommended. In regard to site speed, it is really perfect now.

Thanks Erik, its a lot more faster than the previous program that you have...I do enjoy more about Chess.com  Hoping I can upgrade my account with the site but I don't have the necessary cards to secure my payment, if there is a choice, I do make my payment to a bank that's a lot more easier for me.
