As someone said earlier it could be because there are many accounts linked to same ip address? I remember my alt was closed for no reason too but idk its sad
May be a mistake like chess.com may have ment to ban someone else's also abuse means any reason that is not fair play like having extra accounts so they may though it was extra accounts
also the ai sends the messages to service just email chess.com that will clear it up
To the OP....... the're probably operating with a skeleton crew because today IS Sunday. See what happens Mon, or Tues.
