There are all types of cheaters. Some cheaters are obvious even during the game. Some are impossible to detect.
But yeah, most people who complain are just people with hurt egos.

2 so far. If there is a complete list of countries maybe I'll just block all from one country one by one.
RW63 I would have to say that your parents failed you. You see, instead of building you up into a bigger person; one able to handle the harshness of the world. They made the world around you small and safe form anything that would cause you pain or suffering. So now, you block people. You have become the very thing you are trying to rid yourself of. Its really sad. I know by writing this post, you will block me. Instead of being able to have a adult conversation, you get triggered and hit that block button in hopes to block out the world. My advise to you would be to play against the computer. It can't hurt you. The computer however can not do something, and that is show emotion. Your world is so small that emotion scares you. I causes you to rebel and put up blockers! Chess.com has done a great service to you by including the tool that will allow you to block the world and emotion out. And RW63, if you have read this far, I am about to show you three of your triggers. are you ready? they are two letters and a number! that's it! It will cause you much madness and you will jump to that report button and that block button sooooo very fast!
so I will say goodbye! Good luck! I'm sorry your small world is getting smaller! and I'm sorry you are not a good chess player!
here is the trigger letters and number! F U 2
I do feel sorry for you, HowtoloseoneOone (or shall we call you Whynorematch_Fu2, as this is clearly your other - if not of of many - usernames), because you are clearly projecting. You are a frustrated person who has a sad need to spew vulgarities when that is completely unwarranted and uncalled for (we were playing a game, not a word was exchange, you won, and then wrote F U 2, which is also in your username and clearly shows you have a pathetic need for attention, which, again, brings us to projection as it is clear as day that your parents failed you miserably). Blocking is a perfect way to not have to interact with people who don't deserve one's attention, and you are certainly one of those people. I hope you get banned for having more than one account, but I'm sure you'll be back with more new ones. Just another proof of how pathetic you are.
Who said anything about blocking people I don't agree with? Where did you get that from, which post? I don't chat when playing, so there is no exchange of information on my part, thus there is no agreeing or disagreeing. I block people with poor chess etiquette (arrogant ass*oles who are a move or two from mating you - in a bullet game - and then take 15 seconds instead of 1 to deliver the final blow, in other words they are 'gloating'), I block those who are clearly using some cheating system (affecting the clock), I block those who are offensive (those who start spewing obscenities for no apparent reason, or are just arrogant and frustrated little pr*cks with a sad need to do that), and finally, I occasionally block those who 'run' (meaning they stay for a second game if they'd won the first, but they will not play the third game if they's lost the second, in other words p*ssies).
As for the pool of players - there must be at least 20,000 players on chess.com (probably many more than that) in my bullet rating range (between 1350 and 1650), so blocking 200 is 1%, in other words insignificant.
Weather they agree with me or not is irrelevant. I don't even have to talk to them. If they post something completely inapropriate or stupid..I'll block em.
It's quite interesting how anyone with some standards is nowadays labeled a snowflake and a crybaby. I guess proles always find a way to label others as 'something' to make themselves feel better.
Not to worry, RCS18 - I'm certainly not going to block you. I have a 73% win ratio against you, so I'll take your points gladly any time.
Proper chess etiquette does not exist. It's just people trying to impose their ideas of what should happen on others. I've heard people moan that their opponent resigns too early and people moan that their opponent resigns too late or not at all. Chess has rules, it doesn't need extra pseudo-rules thrown in.
I block people regularly though the idea of blocking people for cheating is erroneous. I'm in the top 5 percentile by rating but I wouldn't have a clue if someone is cheating. Neither would the vast majority of people on the server, it's just convenient to claim someone cheated.
