if he comes, expect the changes. he, who creates PCA; broken away from FIDE in past. Then there were 2 world champions, 1 was under PCA and 2nd was under FIDE. and he must not forget the confrontation then President of FIDE....when he fought for the title 1st time vs Karpov.......
