On top of any comment you would find an inverted commas icon . Click on that to reply to that specific post .
To answer your second question , it would be X/50 where x is the total number of players who played on the site in a particular week .
(This is with the assumption that each division has 50 members . If thats different just replace 50 with whatever that number is )
