Only one-fourth of Berlin ever belonged to the KGB, and at no point was either in the possession of Spain.

Maybe Catalonia had a secret segment of Berlin!  And that's why the rest of Spain is so petty about Catalonia-- they're jealous that when Berlin was carved up after WWII, there were actually four western sectors:  U.S., U.K., France, and a secret tiny slice for Catalonia.

You certainly offer a contrasting personality to the few native Spaniards I've met and worked with over the years, all of whom were absolutely delightful people I really enjoyed knowing.  Not one racist, labeling, name-calling, stereotyping person among the group.
