i have no doubt this is true. i have written for a few years now that cc is following the template of facebook. quantity is king. member issues? check out our automated system to see where your question fits. 

i have a few topics about new 'features' (functions, really) being rolled out and past issues of functionality aren't even addressed.

hell, they even have bots muting members for supposed bad language-when they can't decipher what is "bad" other than carlin's seven words.
