A user by the name of @mikemoraes alleges that he can hear ultrasonic frequencies, and that they are being used as a method of torture and control in his home country. I don't know much of the situation so if you have any information or a way to possibly help on a small scale or contribute on a large scale, talk to @mikemoraes. Whether his claims are true or false, the risk of them being true is too great to ignore.
