Do discovered attacks give the "killer" achievements or does the piece that does the final blow do?

Do discovered attacks work for Killer Pawn or does the pawn need to do the final blow?

I've tried both against Bots but they both don't give any achievements.

Nonono I meen that you have to win in a real game with a tipe of peace to get the killer ????

The last piece you moved gives you the associated checkmate achievement.

If not for it being the piece that moves, the Killer King achievement would be impossible to obtain.

Also, it has to be a game against a human for it to count.

It's killer of the last piece to move.

I think it's the piece that moves, NOT the piece that gives the checkmate, that achieves the award. It's a weird chess.com thing.

So if a knight moves to discover a queen checkmate it would be a killer knight checkmate, even though the knight doesn't deliver the checkmate. It's sorta strange, but that's how they like to do it
