It is indicating that paying for the annual membership saves you the equivalent of four months.
so it does not give 12+4 16 months?
it seems it gives 4 months coz 500(monthly price)x12=6000 rs indian. and 291.58x12=3,498.96 so its 5 months off if we count so it seems it gives 12+4=16 months i think..
basically it means
1 year membership = the cost of 8 months of single-month payments
It's just 12 months, but what you're paying for is just 8 months (if you get the yearly plan).

No, if you buy the yearly subscription it is 12 months and that is it and it will renew at that point for another year. The other posters are correct; buying a year in advance saves you 4 months of cost as compared to purchasing the month-to-month subscription.
