FIDE GONE MAD NOW AWARDING GRANDMASTER NORMS FOR ON-LINE BLITZ CHESS GAMES??!

Apparently FIDE nave now changed Criteria for awarding the Grandmaster Chess Norm, there will be mixed feelings about this but sadly I cannot agree that the chess governing body FIDE can possibly justify allowing the award of any Grandmaster Norm based on registering Nine completed victories against Fellow G.Ms in online BLITZ Play chess, this is not the same as competing over the board in a FIDE Norm tournament in Classical play and I cannot agree myself that this coverted title can be awarded in this trivial way playing online 3 min blitz chess tournaments. I can only just imagine what Grandmasters like Kasparov, Karpov and others will 🤔 think?!!!

Maybe I should play some blitz.

If you Google the following: Levy Rozman awarded G.M there is a youtube of him going through the rule changes from FIDE that enabled him to submit 9 games from online tournament and be awarded the title!?

Any Person that is good enough to beat a Grandmaster should be recognized for their victories

Some cheat especially when they see they about to lose.

Your screen start freezing up and all of sudden they start learning your moves.

Next thing everyone is playing that .

You should be recognized for beating the GM.

Deep down they know It is coming and this is what they are Scared to Throw their king over and Shake another person's hand.

9 Games is fair enough .

If Chess.com could count and log everytime you beat a GM and reward you for it.

Especially if they cheat.

Also everytime a person logs off or doesn't start a game .You should be rewarded the victory.9 is a great number.

You want to be red online and recognized.

And have the Gm title online .

But don't want to acknowledge other players or your opponents.

What is the point of showing off your title online if you don't want to challenge it??

Everyone knows. Well i thought they did that the Levi Rozman saga of being awarded a G.M title was in fact a "April Fools Day Joke" Levi's youtube was a prank? And on Fide changing the criteria for awards of a G.M title i have been on Fide and cannot see any confirmation of this rule change, hopefully its not going to develope into anything concrete as nobody who love chess wants to see such an award given so cheaply
