not that the bunny knows of.  mostly losing games because the bunny was too slow (no news here).  no disconnections.  no swearing.  no nothing.  perhaps some found the awkward silence terribly offensive.

I received my answer from Chess.com support, and as expected, it was not helpful at all.

This was my question:

Trying to play in live today, I received this message:

You cannot create this challenge because your account is currently being evaluated by our Fair Play team. You may still play friends and send seeks for standard time controls.

I don´t even chat in games, I haven´t aborted any games, I only once had a disconnection but returned in less than 1 minute in order to return to the game.

Hi there, and thanks for writing in! I am really sorry this “Suspicious Play” warning keeps happening! Are you still seeing it?

There are many factors that MAY indicate cheating (rules HERE), and many people can trigger one of the factors while playing honestly! (It has happened to a few of the staff here, even!) When this happens, the message is sent to the user as a friendly reminder to keep our users playing fairly.

I’ve submitted a report to look into what might be triggering this warning on your account. Please know that we would never take action on an account without first doing a full investigation!

I know it can be frustrating and worrying to get this warning when you aren’t doing anything wrong The good news is that if you keep playing honestly, you can simply ignore the warning, and it will soon disappear on its own! Although I don’t have access to any specific information about what might be triggering the warning, I would recommend not trying to second-guess or manipulate the system, but just to play normally and fairly.

However, one thing I WOULD recommend is disabling any browser extensions and playing without them to see if the warning goes away completely! Some of them might be interfering with our detection and flagging you erroneously.

I hope this helps, and that you are free to play normally again! Again, thanks for your patience, and I hope you have a great day!

They haven´t tell me why I have been restricted to play only people in my friends list.

The guy that answer don´t even have access to that information.

They won´t tell me when I´ll be able to play again in live.

 

It´s so funny that one pays in order to play without ads... and then you can´t even play.

But at least you don't have to see those annoying ads while you're not playing, eh?

they seem to have totally misunderstood the report.  they took it as a report on suspicious play warning rather than a fair play investigation restriction.

And it seems the investigation is still going on...

I hope that the attorney general could finally accuse me of something, so I can hire a lawyer and start my defense.

that's what they want people to think. create a topic, or, send in a ticket about an issue, and either get ignored (as i have-3 tickets in two weeks with no response) or some lame excuse that does nothing to address the problem. 

they don't care. and when that happens, as the saying goes, it starts at the top. 

imagine if you "worked" or volunteered for cc. wouldn't you be embarrassed with the level of customer service?

Instead of "investigation", I guess they are doing actual research, there´s probably going to be some paper published on it and I have to wait for it to be accepted in a journal.

Otherwise, I don´t know why they still don´t let me play.
