I don’t think there’s anything we can do with this. It’s unfortunate, and I agree that chess.com players should maintain humble and respectful behavior. At the end of the day, though, it’s not officially against the rules, and there’s nothing we can do to improve the integrity of these people’s character. I think we should focus on our own actions, as those are the only ones we can control.

The first guy is a known troller in the community forums for years and he harasses beginners at chess by calling them trash instead of helping and when he doesn't like somebody he just calls them a troll. It's a shame he has gotten no punishment and chess.com seriously needs to mute this guy to teach him a lesson
