Try using Chrome. It could be that something is wrong with your IE (too many extras, for example).

I apologize in advance if this topic is not new or if this is unique to just me, but my games continually (and I mean ALWAYS) are "freezing". It forces me to have to disconnect or refresh. If I'm lucky, I only lose a minute or two of game time. But sometimes, I can't get it done fast enough, only to find out I have been systemically "resigned". HELP! What is wrong and what can I do? I use Windows 10 and IE11. I don't have this problem on any other websites.
