From 1400 to 1635 elo in two games???

Injust played a dude who said he was new to this app. He had en elo of 1400, he beat me twice and ended up with an elo of 1635. Im a 1350 elo and only manage to add around 5-11 elo when I win. What kind od steroids was this dude on? Anyone have an explanation?
