For the record, it is NOT working for me still. I'm going to be patient a bit longer, but find it strange that others are reporting that it is working for them. I'll put in another support ticket in a week and see what they tell me.
Game Explorer Still Not Working

The soonest that we will see live chess games in explorer is still months out, because the script is going to take a very long time to process all past games to catch up.
The devs plan on working on the blocking issue today or tomorrow, and then we can start processing games again.

I disagree with Balachandar frequently in TVC games but I'm in complete agreement with him here.

Thank you for the update, though I am disappointed by the news. I will revert to using Fritz to analyze my games for me and let me know how frequently I play certain openings.

it's back up now, but it currently only has about a tenth of my live games.
oh really?i thought that game explorer does not contain live
thank you.with live games in game explorer,things will really be better.i am eager to explore my live games.chess.com is always getting better,which is why it is the no.1 chess site for me!chess.com really is awesome.
None of my live games are up yet. Oh well, patience is a virtue, right? :)

we are working on it. unfortunately it is proving more difficult than expected. every day there are hundreds of thousands of games being played. we are working on getting a sustainable system in place. more info in a few weeks.
